Sous Chefs

Position Description:High volume restaurant seeking passionate culinary professionals who are dedicated to consistently driving high standards not only from a culinary standpoint but from a managerial perspective as well. Our Kitchen Managers and Chefs need to be well versed in hiring, training, ingredient selection, vendor negotiation, financial statements, etc. Basic Sous Chef experience required.
