Ideal candidate must have previous professional sous chef experience in fine dining and have a creative eye for detail, menu writing and strong organizational and sanitation skills. Must be articulate and comfortable working with our guests, hard working and have the intensity to drive your career forward. Desire to work directly with an award winning chef, farms and area producers on a weekly basis to contribute to developing our signature style of cuisine in Southern Vermont.
