Seeking a creative, organized individual with previous high volume culinary management experience and extensive knowledge of all stations to oversee the operation of food and beverage outlet kitchen in luxury resort. Individual will be responsible for directing and coordinating food preparation, food and labor costs, and the training and evaluation of cooks. Must possess good communication, decision-making, and guest relation skills, as well as the ability to work a flexible schedule.
