Successful candidates will be expected to walk a fine line between old world traditions and flavors and new world techniques and processes to create new, inspiring and highly successful dishes. In this position you will answer to the restaurant owners and will be in charge of all aspects of a successful and well regarded kitchen.
Candidates should have at least 4 years Sous Chef experience or 2 years Executive Chef experience. Culinary training is highly recommended but will be reviewed on a case to case basis.
