We?re seeking an energetic, innovative FOOD SERVICE PRODUCTION MANAGER To design, develop and startup the operation
Must be able to demonstrate solid knowledge in the following areas:
-Kitchen Management -Vendor and Customer Relationship Management -Purchasing and Inventory Control -Staff Development and Training
Requires: at least five years' hands-on, large scale kitchen and food service operations experience extensive knowledge of institutional feeding principles and practices proven operations start-up experience A minimum of 2 years food service supervisory/management
-Experience with fresh & healthy food preparation and operations,preferred -USDA, National School Lunch knowledge,preferred
