Executive Pastry Chef

We provide a wide range of services for any size event in any location including intimate social luncheons, corporate cocktail parties, wedding receptions, fashion receptions, charity galas & film premieres.
We are searching for a proven Baking & Pastry professional to become our next Executive Pastry Chef. Within our friendly and enjoyable work environment, we offer a great opportunity for growth for an individual who appreciates and reflects our high standards of quality and guest satisfaction that we deliver.
What We Look For:
-5 years experience as a Pastry Chef in a high volume atmosphere -Knowledge of current Baking, Pastry trends and Cake artistry -Ability to manage varied production for multiple outlets -Great attention to detail with clean working habits -Ability to multitask in a high volume environment while maintaining a sense of humor and appearing calm -Professional demeanor with the ability to interact with all types of team members -Proven ability to positively influence employee behavior and lead a staff -Must have strong organizational and excellent communication skills -Ability to work a flexible schedule -Baking and Pastry Arts degree preferred
