Position Description:
[ONE] Restaurant in Chapel Hill, NC is seeking a Sommelier with minimum 5 years experience and level one Master Sommelier Certification. This position will be responsible for management and growth of a 500 selection wine program as well as other beverage service for a fine dining concept and eventually multiple restaurants. Applicants should have a strong knowledge of a wide array of cuisines, and be experienced in selecting appropriate wine pairings.
Applicants should be highly professional, composed under pressure, and well versed in a wide variety of wine varietals and production methods. Customer service, a team oriented attitude and positive energy are a must.
