Barceloneta Sunset is the Sister restaurant of Barceloneta South Beach,a Spanish Restaurant established in 2011. Our passion in food and service is reflected in our food, beverage program and staff and have helped us make a name for ourselves in the culinary world here in Miami.
We are looking for staff with a passion for food and beverage that will take pride and passion in the work that will be required from them. We beleive in internal promotions and new positions are always opening up within the company, so we are looking for employees that we want to invest our time and knowledge in to help grow our company from the inside out!
Kitchen and Server applicants are required to have more then 3 years experience. Busser and Runner positions require 1 year. It goes without saying that personality and a great work ethic are a must.
Responsibilities: Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production in accordance with guided specifications while maintaining organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years of similar experience in high-end kitchens or the equivalent, the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with co-workers, guests, and executive management, a love for food, a passion for cooking, and a dedicated work ethic.
