Fifth Group Restaurants, Atlanta's most innovative restaurant company and named one of Atlanta's Best Places to Work by the Atlanta Business Chronicle, is in search of one talented and professional individual for the position of Catering Executive Sous Chef at Bold American Events -- our award-winning, nationally recognized catering company.
We are looking for an outgoing, energetic culinarian with at least three years of from scratch, high volume, catering and BOH management experience to join our team. This position includes all aspects of kitchen operations and a focus on superior event execution. Other areas of responsibility include ordering, staffing, staff education and food production. A qualified candidate must be a leader who can coach and develop employees as well as implement and execute systems in a fast paced environment. You must possess excellent organization skills, communication skills, have an eye for detail, and a strong commitment to employee satisfaction as well as the total client experience.
Qualified candidates will possess:
-3 years experience managing in a high volume, scratch catering kitchen. -A high level of passion and knowledge of food and cooking technique. -Strong operational skills including financial accountability. -Ability to manage, coach and develop employees. -Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. -An eye for detail and a strong commitment to total guest satisfaction.
