|Position Description:||We are seeking a Line Cook with two years culinary experience. Responsibilities include hot line cooking, sanitation and organization. Must have excellent knife skills, food knowledge, as well as knowledge of proper sanitation practices. Flexible AM & PM schedule required. |
Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production in accordance with guided specifications while maintaining organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
Minimum 2 years of similar experience in high-end kitchens or the equivalent, the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with co-workers and guests with a passion for cooking, and a dedicated work ethic.
