Casanova, Carmel's most exclusive restaurant, is seeking out self-motivated, passionate, focused individuals who can have a creative input on menus, manage a culinary staff of about 30 and work hand-and-hand with the Executive Chef on day to day operations. This is a very high profile position so please be qualified.
Requirements: -Culinary degree preferred -3 years fine dining experience -French/ Italian background -Skills -Butchering, Sauces, Stocks, Cost Control, Training of Staff, Charcuterie, brining, Smoking, Curing, De-hydrating
