East Hampton Restaurant Group seeks experienced Sous Chef to help oversee fine dining restaurant on the East End of NY. Must possess strong organizational skills, proficient in menu writing, costing, scheduling, staff training and inventory procedures. Must be proficient with computers, Micro Soft Word, Excel and most POS Systems. 5 years management experience. Refrences upon request.
