Position Description:
Experienced KITCHEN CHEF needed for upscale fine dining establishment and BANQUET CHEF for high end catering hall, both located in Staten Island, NY. Meal preparation and production of high volume banquet facility. Flexible hours include days, nights and weekends. Position will assist in the supervision and training of kitchen staff as well as recipe and menu creation. Applicants must possess effective communication and service skills as well as maintain exemplary sanitation and food handling practices. Professional manner and appearance a must.
