|Position Description:||Mancini's on Las Olas is looking for a qualified Sous Chef|
We are seeking confident, hard working sous chef to uphold high quality and consistent food to our guest. You will be part of the opening team of a passionate and innovative restaurant.
Candidate must be well versed in Italian cuisine. Must have at least 2 years experience as a sous chef in fine dining establishment. Individual must be highly motivated, creative, strong organizational skills and leadership qualities with ability to communicate effectively to lead kitchen staff.
- Supervision/ training of all kitchen staff for precise and consistent execution at all stations during service
- Passion for cooking, teaching, and leading
- Butchery skills and knowledge of fish and seafood
- Creativity a must!!!
