Seeking an experienced General Manager and Floor Manager for Chelsea opening who will work closely with Chef and take ownership to cultivate a unique experience. Our ideal candidates will possess the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively, great leadership qualities, an impeccable attention to detail and the ability to think outside the box.
Responsibilities include putting together management team, staffing, hiring and training programs, overseeing payroll and maintaining financial records.
General Manager Requirements:
10 years New York City experience, opening and 140+ dining room experience, ability to control costs, extensive liquor/wine/food knowledge, comprehensive knowledge of POS systems.
Floor Manager requirements:
