EXECUTIVE CHEF - WASHINGTON, DC Knightsbridge Restaurant Group, owner of The Oval Room, Rasika, Bibiana, among others, is opening a new restaurant early next year in Penn Quarter. A new American Brasserie, which will have a vibrant bar with 50 seats, 100 seat dining room and three private dining rooms. We are a chef-driven restaurant group, seeking an Executive Chef who is looking to make a difference in the culinary scene of Washington, DC. Candidate must be able to handle volume and excel under pressure.
Qualifications: - Minimum of three years' experience in a high volume, fine dining restaurant as an Executive Chef - Knowledge of food and labor costs - Culinary graduate preferred
