Seeking an experienced, passionate Executive Chef for new 140 seat +roof top garden Chelsea restaurant opening.
Must have previous Executive Chef experience in opening a new restaurant.
Responsibilities include hiring and training all kitchen personnel, establishing food costs, purveyor lists, and overseeing kitchen payroll.
Must be able to develop recipes for unique concept menu, as it related to the overall theme of the establishment.
Must be a team player who builds and nurtures the kitchen to work cooperatively and productively, modeling professionalism and training for individual advancement. Strong leadership and a minimum 10 years experience in running a kitchen required.
