American style gastropub located in suburban location near New York City looking for a new General Manager. Applicant must have at least 3-5 years RECENT experience in trendy artisanal restaurant environments. Must be strong on guest-service, progressive & positive force in sales and service and possess outstanding leadership qualities.
The ideal GM will possess best in class execution of all F&B and culinary concepts, service standards, product quality standards and an inspiring team leader of team. This position will be responsible for the training and coaching of all upper level management team leaders and will instruct and measure their ability to act in the same fashion for their direct reports.
The GM will be required to create and manage budgets, respond to daily analytics and financial results as well as peripheral costs, team operations status and above all, to anticipate guest needs and satisfaction. GM is responsible for the constant measurement of product quality, delivery and brand/concept perception within the marketplace while ensuring that budget targets are achieved.
