|Position Description:||AQ Restaurant + Bar seeks a motivated, hardworking, career-oriented Assistant Manager. |

We are seeking an individual with passion for Excellent Hospitality, an open-minded, curious nature, exceptional inter-personal skills/manners, and technical ability to manage people, time, cash, and customers effectively.
This is a full-time, salaried position that is designed as a stepping stone to the General Manager position. Training is available assuming you meet the basic guidelines for the role.
Job responsibilities include:
--Closing shift duties
--Ensuring accurate cash counts, cash management
--Backend POS management
--Have 1+ years experience in a management role OR a degree in hospitality/management
--Have a passion for food + wine but above all for making others around them better
--Be able to use the MS Office suite of software (Excel and MS word most crucial)
--Have experience using a restaurant POS system on the front and back end
--Be willing to learn.
--Be open to trying new things.
--Treat others as they would expect to be treated
--Be polite and generally well mannered ALL THE TIME
--Understand the meaning of "Enlightened Hospitality" (look it up if you don't know!)
--Be familiar with AQ and what we stand for (do some research!)
