Our Hotel is a renowned hotel with a reputation for very high standards of customer service and attention to detail in all areas of the hotel including the restaurant, bar, spa, banqueting, rooms and outside catering. We have a reputation for delivering the best quality service both in and out of the hotel.
About the role:
In this busy city hotel which has 91 rooms, 6 F&B operations and 24 hour room service you will be managing a team of over 20 chefs and 18 stewards. You will have the autonomy to develop the business to its full potential whilst keeping with the hotel culture and standards and always exceeding the guests expectations.
What we are looking for:
Drive and innovate the Culinary Aspect of Banqueting in the hotel with the ability to excel in menu design for several restaurants whilst keeping with the reputation that you have a top restaurant within your control, you will have a relentless drive for perfection. You will have a high respect for your team and developing them. You will have a cutting edge banquet background and a high volume outside catering experience. you will be a forward planned and have a keen eye for detail & strict organisation as there are three separate kitchens to manage. Above all you will have the drive and enthusiasm to develop your team from internal promotion and external recruitment
Conversational knowledge of English Language is a must.
