Responsibilities:
The Disney Cruise Line Travelling Food Standards Manager will sustain fleet food operations standards. This role will participate in all menu development, creation, implementation, recipe auditing and cost management. The Travelling Food Standards Manager is responsible for assisting the Food Managers sustaining successful culinary operations and to provide vision for the future.
This role is the owner of all food and beverage collateral from conception to delivery which includes ownership of print inventories and translation menus. This Manager will assist in all food and beverage auditing procedures on board for regulatory compliance. This role assists with food and beverage equipment selection, maintenance and effective use. The Disney Cruise Line Travelling Food Standards Manager will continue to innovate culinary products that surprise and delight our guests!
Qualifications:
-7 Years experience -Demonstrated computer proficiency within a Windows environment -Demonstrated strong presentation skills -Demonstrated problem solving skills, as well as continuous improvement process skills -Demonstrated strong organizational skills -Ability to be flexible with work schedule -Demonstrated ability to manage conflict/resolution -Demonstrated strong business planning skills
Education:
-3 year Culinary degree or equivalent
