Jamie Keating Culinary, INC is the management company of the established RiverMill Event Centre and the newly opened Epic Restaurant in Columbus, GA
Looking for an up and coming experienced leader that is looking to put their own influences on the service and beverage program at Epic restaurant.

Epic Restaurant is a 70 seat restaurant designed by Chef Keating with an adjacent private dinning area that accommodates up to 40 guests as well as a Chefs table within the kitchen for up to 8 guests.
Position responsibilities include beverage/wine purchasing and knowledge, event planning, guest satisfaction, scheduling, normal accounting duties, hiring, promotion and overall leadership of the establishment. Knowledge of Aloha POS system is a plus Epic Restaurant is the first of 4 concepts located on the Chattahoochee River here in Columbus, GA.
