Looking for a dedicated individual to help grow the brand of Jamie Keating Culinary, Inc. Epic Restaurant is looking for a Chef de Cuisine. The Chef will be responsible for assisting in menu planning, provisioning, food preparation, and overall kitchen sanitation. The position demands creativity on a daily basis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain the highest of culinary standards. Looking for a balanced individual that has a great work ethic and personality.
Applicant should also work well under pressure, be organized, flexible, self-motivated, willing to work long hours, and have a great sense of humor. Supervisory experience would be beneficial as well.
Requirements include a minimum of 5 years full-service, high quality restaurant experience. Culinary degree or equivalent experience is also required.
