We have recently be named number the #1 restaurant fit for foodies in CT and in the top 10 in the tri-state area. |
We are currently looking for a Chef de Cuisine to join our team and work along side Chef/Owner Nick Martschenko. The ideal candidate will be creative, highly motivated, eager and enthusiastic about all aspects of the hospitality industry. Someone who takes initiative and has confidence yet is able to take directions well.
If you like cooking with farm fresh food, enjoy reading cookbooks and cooking magazines on your day off then this is the place for you. We are committed to providing an unique dining experience by, and for, people who are passionate about the integrity of what they prepare, serve and eat.
Chacuterie experience is a BIG plus!!
Over 2 yrs on-the-job experience required in fine-dining kitchens with solid references from superiors and co-workers alike.
Culinary graduate preferred.
Position requires professionalism, outstanding communication skills, and organizational abilities.
