Position Description:
Cloud Nine Alpine Bistro is situated mid mountain on Aspen Highlands. As part of Aspen Skiing Company, the General Manger role will be responsible for the successful operation of Cloud Nine. Future outlets may be added to the portfolio for this position, so we are looking for candidates with both Front of House and Back of House experience in a range of F&B outlets - table service, casual, high end, servery, banquets, high volume, catering.
The successful candidate will show an in depth understanding of financials, in addition to having the experience to maximize revenue through marketing. Excellent people management skills and the ability to maintain consistent product/service are critical. Prior ski resort experience is an advantage, applicants need to be able to ski/board at an intermediate level.
