The John Besh Family of restaurants includes nine restaurants: American Sector, August, Besh Steak, Borgne, Domenica, Luke, Luke San Antonio, La Provence, Soda Shop.
Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of pastry production in accordance with guided specifications while maintaining organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
Minimum 1 year of similar experience in high-end kitchens or the equivalent, the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with co-workers, guests, and executive management, a love for food, a passion for cooking, and a dedicated work ethic.
