Responsibilities Include: ? leading an exceptional pastry team ? maintaining an upbeat, productive and educational environment ? operating a clean, safe pastry kitchen while meeting or exceeding food quality and speed of service requirements ? assisting the General Manager and Executive Chef in working with the management and hourly teams to increase guest satisfaction through great food quality standards
Requirements: ? a minimum of 2-5 years management experience running a pastry department ? experience with a high profile/high volume fine dining establishment ? strong creativity, production and service skills ? strong leadership and strategic skills ? experience with budgeting and cost controls
