Working Chef wanted for high end, award winning, Italian restaurant in Palm Desert, California. Applicant must be familiar with Italian cuisine and fit in with mostly organic, hormone free antibiotic free cuisine. Candidate must be excellent with food and labor costs.
The right candidate will be mature,energetic, organized, disciplined, well spoken and with a high degree of imagination. Responsible for specials of the day, able to work with high level ingredients. Restaurant is a large custom built Italian villa surrounded by herb and vegetable gardens. Perfect for someone who is eager to also grow their own herbs etc. Fantastic opportunity for a hard working individual.
