Executive Chef/Food Service Manager

RLC expects its Chefs to provide resort style food and service; deliver fresh, tasty, nutritious and wholesome food products; operate an impeccably clean and sanitary kitchen environment; work as a team with the Retirement Community Managers and other staff and develop strong, positive, and caring relationships with the residents.
Successful applicants will become proud members of the company that is setting the standard for food service delivery in the senior housing industry. Qualifications include a Culinary Arts/Foodservice Management Degree with five (5) years institutional or full service kitchen/restaurant experience and a minimum of two years supervisory experience.
