Responsibilities: Plan, prep, set up and grill fish and meat while maintaining organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years of similar experience in high-paced kitchens or the equivalent, the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with co-workers, guests, and executive management, a love for food, a passion for cooking, and a dedicated work ethic.
