General Manager/Restaurant Manager should have complete knowledge of service sequence and flow; knowledge of cuisine and service standards; ability to multi-task, perform under pressure; and superior abilities to supervise others. The ideal candidate should be a leader with a positive attitude, enthusiasm and a passion for our guests; have excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail; outstanding leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate, train and develop your team.
A solid financial background, knowledge of software programs (POS & Open Table), detail oriented, a strong sense of hospitality and ability to work independently is required. Social media and marketing skills preferred.
