Post Ranch Inn's restaurant Sierra Mar located on the California Central Coast in Big Sur is looking for a Sous Chef. Our restaurant has consistently been rated as one of the best in the country and we are preparing to take it to the next level.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to maintain extremely high standards of operations, ability to train and inspire both culinary and service staff, advanced communication skills, passion for food, drive for success, creative culinary vision and a proven track record in a Michelin two or three star restaurant.
