Chloe Genovart was the Maitre D' at Per Se restaurant in NYC for 5 years. Together they have opened a very special destination restaurant.
The right candidate will have some restaurant experience, be willing to jump in wherever is needed. Have an interest in quality products, farm to table dining, modern cooking techniques and is a team player. Pay is based on experience and is negotiable.
