Besh Restaurant Group currently seeks experienced Line Cooks looking to join an energetic, fast-paced kitchen. We are seeking consummate professionals with attention to detail.
The John Besh Family of restaurants includes nine restaurants: American Sector, August, Besh Steak, Borgne, Domenica, Luke, Luke San Antonio, La Provence, Soda Shop.
Responsibilities: Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production in accordance with guided specifications while maintaining organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
Requirements: Minimum 1 year of similar experience in high-end kitchens or the equivalent, the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with co-workers, guests, and executive management, a love for food, a passion for cooking, and a dedicated work ethic.
