|Position Description:||Korea House Restaurant|
in Japantown, San Francisco
is re-launching the restaurant with a focus on simple, fresh, high quality traditional favorites, a seasonal menu and the best Korean bbq the city can offer.
We are looking to hire an experienced and dedicated chef de cuisine to build a strong team of young, fast-paced and experienced chefs who love to cook and want to work hard. Our great aunt who is renowned for her Korean cuisine will be able to teach and train the new staff on traditional Korean cuisine techniques for the team to build on.
*prior fine-dining experience preferred
*great opportunity for experienced cook who loves bbq and is inspired by Korean cuisine
*50-70 hour, 5-7 day work week
