Position Description:
Roy's Restaurant at the Inn at Spanish Bay, one of 3 hotels at Pebble Beach Resorts has an opening for a Full-Time, Assistant Restaurant Manager.
The ideal candidate needs to be a talented, outgoing, and insightful individual with a successful history of restaurant management. This candidate needs to have a full breadth understanding of the inner workings of executing the policies and procedures of a full range restaurant. In addition, the individual needs to be "hands-on", being able to work in each facet of the restaurant as needed. A true leader with the ability to lead successfully with a variety of staff members in a union environment. Dedicated to providing excellent service in an atmosphere that demands expectations being exceeded on a daily basis. Must have at least 2-3 years of successful restaurant management preferably in a resort or hotel environment.
