We are seeking an Executive Chef for a high volume, full-service gastrobrewpub in Central Illinois.
We are searching for a talented Chef with a minimum of 3 years experience in a full-service restaurant environment, who understands systems, is eager and able to motivate a staff of 30+, has great communication skills, can contribute new and exciting menu items, and who will become a great asset to our management team.
