Working as an Campus Chef for FLIK International, a division of Compass Group North America,will allow you the opportunity to work with GREAT people like yourself! You will be surrounded by people who are passionate about what they do.
You will oversee the culinary operations and activities of multiple client locations including kiosks and catering, with revenues in excess of $7.5M You will have the opportunity to create your own menus using locally grown products. You will manage a dynamic, passionate team dedicated to delivering superb cuisine and Platinum Service.
B.S. Degree in Food Services Technology/Management or A.A. Degree in Culinary Arts. Three to five years of culinary management experience, in corporate dining / multi-unit experience preferred. Inventory and purchasing experience. Good knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation. Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable. ServSafe certified is a plus.
