For a new concept by Chef Shawn McClain in Aria Resort in Las Vegas. Refined market-driven artisan cuisine with focus on east coast style pizza.
Requirements include a minimum of 5 years full-service, high quality restaurant experience. Other pluses include, a positive mental attitude, well groomed, and an outgoing personality.
