Applicants to this position must reside within a 90 mile radius of the property.
The Chef de Cuisine will be responsible for menu planning, provisioning, and food preparation. The position demands creativity on a daily basis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain the highest of culinary standards.

Requirements include a minimum of 3 years full-service, high quality restaurant experience / high volume environment. Culinary degree or equivalent experience is also required.
