Acme restaurant in Noho, New York City, seeking talented Executive Sous Chef who is passionate about local, seasonal & sustainable cuisine. Candidate must have a proven, reliable track record and previous management experience in a minimum 2 star New York Times rated restaurant to be considered.
Relationships with local purveyors and farms a plus. Will oversee the daily operation of the kitchen, providing professional leadership and direction to all kitchen personnel, to ensure that all recipes, food preparation and presentation uphold the high-standards set by the Executive Chef Mads Refslund.
