for Lee restaurant located at 601 King St. West in the heart of the city.
We are looking for an organized Sous Chef with professional training, deals well in a stressful environment and has some knowledge of Asian flavors.
Must be available full-time. Also, must be legal to work in Canada.

-Executive Sous Chef experience in high-end / high volume restaurant environment
-Very high standard of quality and always looking to improve technique
-Understanding of food and labor costs with success meeting goals
-Outstanding communication and team building skills
-Challenging yourself and team to achieve greater levels of culinary success
-Collaborating with Chef and General Manager to achieve goals
-Executing kitchen operations, prep production, and service
-Developing vendor relationships
-Supporting, creating, and maintaining house policies and procedures
-Overseeing training, and development of kitchen staff
