Grouse Mountain Grill is an independently owned and operated restaurant located in this Rock Resort hotel. The Pines Lodge is located on the western hillside of Beaver Creek and is a ski in, ski out hotel. Additionally, The Pines Lodge is a Preferred Hotel.
The operators of Grouse Mountain Grill are also the food service providers for the hotel. The entire operation consists of breakfast, lunch, dinner, ballroom, boardroom and small private dining room.
