Restaurant Manager

Position Description:DJM restaurant group is seeking a motivated and outgoing driven candidate who has the passion and self motivation to manage an amazing modern farm to table restaurant. All of our restaurants are a reflection of Chef Dean James Max who paints the vision of each of his successful restaurant concepts.
The candidate will learn all the aspects of managing a successful restaurant. The candidate should come with some knowledge of the techniques needed to maintain guest databases, train staff, and maintain a productive financial statement.

Responsibilities:
The General manager/restaurant manager is responsible for hiring, training, and motivating the waitstaff, bartenders, and cocktail attendants. Share responsibilities in building local clientele through newsletters, mailouts, special events, etc. Candidate will do purchasing products needed, maintain inventories, and run all our computer systems of payroll, and paying bills.

Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of similar experience in high-end restaurants as manager or assistant manager. Must have the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with co-workers, guests, and executive management, a love for food, and a dedicated work ethic. Canidates must be personable, hardworking, and high achievers.
