Energetic and enthusiastic Executive Chef
Established DC restaurant seeks an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen We have a chef driven menu and a professional FOH staff in a refined, yet comfortable space. There is a strong al a carte and bar business already in place, as well as a thriving private party business.
The ideal candidate should posses the following:
An absolute passion for food! A self motivated manner with a strong desire to produce a superior product A positive attitude and outlook combined with a youthful mentality A proven track record of motivating and leading a dedicated staff A curious nature Highly organized Above average computer skills The ability to balance fantastic plates with equally impressive food and labor costs
The new Chef will have the advantage of a solid and experienced staff already in place, plus the room to bring in a few ?ringers? of their own, should they wish.
