Seasoned Multi-Unit Independent Restauranteur is seeking Executive Chef for HOT Mediterranean Concept Under Development. Beautiful Modern Building, Prime Location in the heart of Affluence in the resort area of Palm Springs, CA. Free standing building is being completely renovated and redeveloped. Internationally recognized Restaurant Designer. 260 seats.

This new restaurant will be the most innovative and contemporary in the Valley.
Will be a smashing success with the right Culinary Visionary, Leadership, and Execution.

Concept
:
Mediterranean -- Progressive with Authentic Traditional Roots
French, Spanish, Italian, Sicilian, Greek, Middle Eastern and Moroccan Culinary components. Premium Ingredients. Period. All scratch including Pulling Fresh Mozzarella, House Made Charcuterie, Fresh House Made Pasta, etc...

Exhibition Kitchen includes: Wood Burning Oven, Imported Italian Wood Burning Grille and Rotisserie, Custom Molteni 230 Stove and Ovens, Imported Vintage Prosciutto Slicers, Imported Vintage Pats Machines. Food -- Fresh Authentic, Bright, Clean Simplicity, Flavors Typical of Food and Life in the Mediterranean.

Sharing Driven Menus for Small Plates and Entrees; example: Entrees Party of 6 -- Paella, Whole Roasted Fish, Rotisserie Roasted Porchetta with a variety of sides. Traditional menu service will be available.
