Position Description:Position Wanted:Sous Chef for a new concept from the people who brought you Tryst, the Diner and Open City.

We're looking for someone to assist leading a large staff while executing innovative, quality, comfort food all times of the day. Responsibilities include assisting in the training of all culinary staff, enforcing quality control and food cost standards; and ensuring food and work safety.

Applicants must have at least 4 years of related experience or be a culinary graduate with at least 2 years of experience in a hotel or restaurant, have solid F&B preparation techniques, and have knowledge of health department rules and regulations.

This is a great opportunity for an energetic, hard working, dedicated, creative, adaptive, organized person who plays well with others and is looking to grow with an expanding company.
