Food Product Manager - French Artisanal Pastries, Bay Bread, LLC. Manage pastry operations companywide & supervise 3 production units. Plan & develop French Artisanal pastry lines based on culinary traditions of Alsace-Lorraine for retail, wholesale, & high-end restaurants.
Requirements: BS Food Sci, Food Tech, or Food Mgmt and min 2 yrs in job or 3 yrs as Exec Pastry Chef.
Will accept no degree + min of 4 yrs of progressively responsible exp in job offered, or 5 years as an Exec Pastry Chef. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.
