Position Description:
We currently seek an experienced Sushi Chef to join our Culinary Team. This is an excellent chance for an already established Sushi Chef looking for a new and exciting opportunity to head up a fantastic operation. You will be involved in the full running of the sushi kitchen alongside the Executive Chef. You must have managerial experience as well as excellent cooking skills. The desired candidate should have:
-at least two years of experience as a Sushi Chef.
-strong knife skills with experience in all sushi preparations including sushi, sashimi and maki.
-knowledge of all sushi related products and menu development.
-ability to work a full-time schedule on your feet.
-The desire to interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner in our open kitchen.
