Executive Sous Chef
Windows is searching for a talented Executive Sous Chef.
-Degree from a cuinary school or equivalent.
-Minimum of five years experience.
-Experience working in a four star hotel or equivalent.
-Large volume banquet experience.

Chef/Proprietor Hendry Dinardo was named one of the Top 25 Chefs in America by Food and Wine Magazine; has cooked for numerous celebrities, athletes, and public figures; and has prepared meals for Presidential Inaugurations for more than a decade. Executive Corporate Chef Pasquale Ingenito has more than 30 years of culinary experience, and is attuned to the changing tastes and trends in food, presentation, and molecular gastronomy. Executive Pastry Chef Laurent Lhuillier is internationally known for creating stunning 6-foot-tall sugar sculptures; winning the 2005 National Pastry Gold Medal; and serving as captain of Team USA, the Bronze Medal Winner at the 2006 World Pastry Championship.
All of our food is prepared from the freshest ingredients delivered from specialty food growers and purveyors around the country. In our commitment to environmentally-friendly operations, we source sustainable seafood, avoid use of endangered seafood, buy more than 40% of our produce from eco-sensitive growers, and can offer 100% organic menus upon request.
